Your way to SIXTAfter collecting your luggage, please proceed to the tram station directly across of baggage claim. The Tram will take you to the Consolidated Rental Facility. From there please proceed to the Rental office of SIXT Rent A Car. Signs will be posted to direct you to our location. If you have any questions, please call +1-808-650-2005 From KiheiTake 311 towards Kahului; turn right onto HI 380 which turns into Airport Access Road. Debit Card information:
Debit cards are not accepted for local renters* at airport locations. Debit cards with available funds may be accepted at select locations at Sixt's sole discretion with two forms of government-issued ID, and only if one of the following conditions are met:
(1) The renter presents a return airline ticket or roundtrip itinerary upon pick-up made at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up date, that coincides with the drop-off date and location. Non-local renters with a debit card cannot rent any Premium, Luxury, Extraordinary or Specialty vehicles, with the exception of Pickup trucks and Vans. Customers travelling internationally, whose debit card is issued in their country of origin may rent any category vehicle except for Specialty cars.
You can only use Debit cards if you are renting the following car groups (Economy, Compact, Standard and Full Size). Debit cards with available funds may be accepted at select locations at Sixt's sole discretion with two forms of government-issued ID, proof of a return airline ticket or roundtrip itinerary upon pick-up. Debit cards are not accepted for long term rentals (long term rentals are 28 days rentals or longer).Debit cards are not accepted for local renters* at airport locations.
A local renter* at a downtown locations can present an original and current utility bill which matches the name and address on the Driver's License of the renter. Photocopies, printouts, digital images (digital format can be accepted provided that the source of the document comes from the official page; e.g. FPL site), or overdue bills are not permitted. Local Renters* with a debit card may need additional documentation and can only rent Vans, Economy through Standard sedans, Compact through Intermediate SUVs and Pickup trucks.
Debit card rentals are not allowed for long term rentals (defined as 28 days or longer).You can only use Debit cards if you are renting the following car groups (Economy, Compact, Standard and Full Size).
For Debit Cards a deposit of $700 plus the cost of the rental will be taken as a deposit from the Debit Card. These funds will not be available to you during the rental.

Driver's age
25 to 99 years.
Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.
Travel Restrictions
Please note that authorization must be obtained from the rental agent before cross state travel. If not obtained fines and penalities are applicable. Please contact the rental agent in advance in order to receive permission.

Renters using the rental vehicle in violation of the applicable territorial restrictions will be charged a fee of USD 0.50 for each mile the vehicle has been driven during the rental.
If you have a reservation for a one-way rental to return the vehicle in a state other than the state of pick-up, the territorial restrictions described above do not apply. However, the Vehicle may only be used in the continental United States.
