All rental car suppliers charge a young driver fee. A young driver is defined by most of them as 21 -24 but in the case of ADVANTAGE they allow a minimum age of 18 to rent a car in the state of New York.
This minimum age policy of Advantage only applies to this particular state.

However, a driver between 18 - 24 years old will be considered as a "young driver" and an "Underage Charge" of $72.99 + taxes per day will apply.
A young driver must be also the holder of a Credit or Debit Card and meet all payment policies.
